I've been waiting 3+ years for this day! We're removing the old wood burning fireplace and installing a gas fireplace and patching the HUGE hole in the brick wall. It's been about 10 degrees colder downstairs (summer and winter) for 3 winters as we removed the chimney that long ago. FINALLY we are going to fix it and put in RADIANT HEAT!!
