Good Bye stuff!

We're purging so we can make room for our nice basement (to come). Yes, the whole truck is full and the backseat too. Good job Derek, you're turning a new leaf! You're not a hoarder anymore!

so far I'm waiting on Renee's ideas but we are starting with drywalling out the fireplace and then I will likely decorate/trowel/paint it. We are taking the door jamb off into the living area and are going to fix the bar area hole-in-the-wall by building in the flat screen TV Derek will likely be buying. That's mostly it, just rearranging to face the fireplace and make it pretty. ceiling's gotta change somehow. Oh, and drywalling the door-wall and getting a new slider. It's a bigger project than anticipated but it has to get finished down there before we can think about selling!
