I got a new Blackberry with a video app so you all will have to get used to this quality sometimes! it's always easy to find a phone around.

So this is Lucy's new thing. She looks at her toys, sees the Radio Flyer, then starts running around the house with it. She'll do 6 or 7 laps at a time, and she just realized she can steer it on her own. She's got skills!

Yes I have all of the lights on but the phone camera has trouble indoors. Do you best to be patient! It's worth it, she's a hoot!

How quick she picks up things. I decided to try s garden this year so I'm out back removing weeds and tilling soil. She came right over and started helping. Don't worry its too dull to use. And ill let all you readers know how the garden goes, its my first!

IMPORTANT NOTICE

LUCY IS NOW WALKING!

It may only be a couple steps at a time, a couple times a day, but SHE'S WALKING!

(of course she took her first steps with Grandma when we were in Fruita!)

So Derek and I went to Fruita, CO last weekend for our first all-nighter MTB race together. It didn't go so well. For those of you that know Derek you won't be surprised. Derek had to sleep and we lost first place, and then second place because he thought we could take breaks. I tried to tell him that it is serious racing, NO BREAKS between laps! Anyhow, it was fun. Better luck next time!

(The race was the 18 Hours of Fruita. We raced it duo which means we alternate taking laps like a relay race for 18 hours. A lap took about 30 minutes.)

So we set up camp next to this swank SportMobile. (jealous) This awesome couple, MaryLynn and Tim from Jackson, WY taught us a few things about camping. We were so intrigued that we went to the Bookcliffs and camped with them another night.

I have a top secret margarita recipe now. I wonder if MaryLynn minds if I share? YUMMY!
