I should note here that it must have been Lone Star that gave me food poisoning. I woke up Sunday and couldn't get out of the bed (besides throwing up) for about 12 hours. We left Kansas City early, made it home Sunday afternoon. I did bring home with me a silver medal from Master's Nationals Cyclocross Championships. We were happy although a win at a national championship would have been even better... next year! Finally the season is over! Get me some beer! ;)
