Yesterday, 3.5 weeks post-partum, I did my first easy spin. Man it felt good to have the wind in my face! Today we got a treat because our friend Kirsten (congrats in order!) came over and watched Lucy for an hour so Derek and I could ride together. We haven't done that in 3 months. In honor if that I thought it would be funny to post some pregnancy riding shots from Cali for a before and after. I'm still heavier than when I started but at least I can fit in my own bike clothes again!
